This Prosecco has very fine and persistent bubbles with floral aromas, peaches, nectarines and Golden Delicious apples. It is fresh and lively on the palate.
Vineyard & Winemaking Notes
The fruit is sourced from the rolling hills of Veneto just north of Venice. The vineyards are oriented north-south and west-east each averaging vine 8 to 12 years in age. The grapes are harvested by hand. A soft pressing occurs and the juice is placed in stainless steel tanks for a brief cold maceration. Before the primary fermentation process is concluded, the wine is run into a pressurized tank where a secondary fermentation takes place allowing it to become a sparkling wine. After bottling the wine is bottle aged for over 6 weeks before being released.
